What are the delivery times?

Ships within 24 business hours from France. Allow 2 to 3 days for pickup at a pickup point or home delivery via Boxtal, and 5 to 8 days for the European Union.

How do you choose between the different editions of a title?

The drop-down menu on the product page lists all available options: number of volumes, binding, vocalization, and publisher. Each edition displays its own specifications, price, and current stock level.

Can I pay in dollars or pounds sterling?

Yes. The currency selector at the top of the page converts the entire catalog to EUR, USD, or GBP. Payment is processed in the displayed currency via PayPal or credit card through Stripe.

Are the books available only in Arabic?

The catalog includes books in Arabic, French, and bilingual editions. The "Language" filter on the category pages allows you to narrow down the results. The site is also available in Arabic, with right-to-left text.

How do I return an order?

You have 14 days after receipt to cancel your order, without giving a reason, using the online cancellation form available in the footer and through your customer account. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Inventory levels are synchronized in real time with our LLS software. Out-of-stock items are marked as such on their product pages; you can sign up to receive an email alert as soon as they are restocked.
