Which Kitab al-tawhid will I receive?

The one you choose, and we always state the author. Three works carry the title: that of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab, the manual studied everywhere, and those of Ibn Khuzayma and Ibn Mandah, early collections with chains and a quite different use.

Which commentary on Kitab al-tawhid?

Al-Qawl al-mufid by Ibn Uthaymin if you study alone: a transcribed lecture series, the most accessible. Fath al-majid by Abd al-Rahman ibn Hasan is the classical reference commentary, more demanding. Taysir al-aziz al-hamid is the most developed.

What is the difference between rububiyya and uluhiyya?

The first concerns creation, ownership and the governance of the world; the second concerns worship and what must be reserved to it. The works in this section treat both, devoting most of their space to the second.

Where should a beginner start?

Al-Usul al-thalatha, then Kitab al-tawhid with Al-Qawl al-mufid. That is the most common path and it takes two or three books. The bare texts are in the Aqida matns section.

Are these books all in Arabic?

Yes, the works in this section are in Arabic, text and commentary alike. The language level varies: Al-Qawl al-mufid is in clear spoken-register Arabic, Fath al-majid demands more. We state it on every listing.

Do you stock verified editions?

Yes, and we state the editor, the publisher, the volume count and the print quality on every listing. For the classical commentaries this matters: several circulate as careless reprints.
